Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mc Cloys Country Attire. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Return to: Mc Cloys Country Attire, 10 Creagh Road, Toomebridge, Co Antrim, BT41 3SE.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
